![]() ![]() He is a target for bullying, typically by Aubrey and The Hooligans, but during the events of the game, if the player takes the Normal Route, usually Kel and Sunny defend him from harassment. He doesn't learn to fight, even after his friends nag him to.Ĭompared to the headspace Basil, the real-world version of him is more anxious and sensitive. His empathy stretches to his plants as well, showing a lot of worry when they're in danger of being hurt, and talking to them as he would his friends. He is incredibly sentimental, keeping memorabilia of his friends and happy memories through photos, and planting flowers that remind him of his friends, taking great care to plant flowers that he associates with his friends. He is friendly, and his shyness seems to stem from having low self-esteem and putting others' needs above his own. He is quick to forgive, as can be seen by his encounter with Boss after hide-and-seek, and he is very empathetic. It is said in the game that "He will never throw away anything, no matter how worthless it is."īasil's headspace counterpart is rather cheery, yet shy and humble. He enjoys taking pictures, caring for plants, art, and reading. he wears a grey knitted tank-top over a white t-shirt, beige shorts, and black shoes, the same clothes that Sunny wears.īasil is shy and socially anxious but cares deeply about his friends. In the real world, he has blond-greenish hair that he has a single pink flower tucked into. He wears denim overalls with a large pocket on the chest and a white t-shirt under. One can disagree with the message, but it's beyond cruel and very obnoxious to think that this is going to happen. In Headspace, Basil is a medium height boy with pale skin, teal eyes, teal chin-length hair, wearing a purple, blue, and pink flower crown. It's a disgusting picture if I say so, it completely insults this game's message about friendship and forgiveness. Third and finally, they are all good friends and promised each other to support one another after they failed to be there once, so them beating up Basil and Sunny would be even worse than what these two did to Mari, since this whole thing was an accident and they wanted no one to blame Sunny for it. Second it would be wring to beat down children, who have guikt-tripped and nearly killed themselves for what they did and shows such an astonishing lack of empathy that cannot be excused at all. ![]() She would understand Basil and Sunny for what they did, because she followed nearly in their footsteps and made many worse ones. ![]() For one, she already showed remorse for having wrongfully accused Basil of ruining his photo album, bullied him, hurt him and nearly killed him before and hated herself for doing all of this. This is completely awful and goes against her character in the good ending.
